The patented development of the SHELLS LED lighting for is based on the principle of secondary reflection, collecting all lights emitting from the LED core grain and redirecting them towards a specific direction. Design and material of the patented LED lamp lead quickly resists heat produced by chips, keeping the LED light junction temperature as normal, under the maximum current density. In doing so, the normal LED light source is being amplified several times without consuming further energy.
These patented inventions enables the LED chip with the same base core grain brightness to achieve an average optical intensity of 100 cd (MAX 300 cd) with a scattered angle between 3°- 5°. Unique "reflector-cells" for a larger, improved emission area increases the light visibility even in full sunlight.
The light source is virtually shockproof without the presence of filaments in the design, while withstanding high degrees of mechanical shock and vibration without failure.

SHELLS is virtually maintenance free. The operating life of the light source (100,000hr lifetime) has a significantly higher reliability than incandescent bulbs. The potential savings in warranty repair when using anLED light source instead of incandescent bulbs is highly appealing for automobile signal lamps, traffic signal lamps, and emergency warning lights as well as many other devices.
The mix of European (24V plus) and American (12V) trucks in the markets has meant that there is a very real need for true multi-volt lighting on trailers.
