The ABL CHL 2 LED Combination Headlamp is the new full LED OE-approved high-low beam headlamp solution developed for demanding heavy-duty applications. As a result, it delivers improved light output and optimised photometry, helping operators achieve better forward visibility in challenging working environments. In addition, the CHL 2 LED introduces a unique active and autonomous de-icing system that enhances reliability in cold and all-weather conditions.
Furthermore, the active de-icing function automatically detects frost or snow on the lens by monitoring lens temperature and activates the integrated heating resistance until the lens is clear. Moreover, the CHL 2 LED features upgraded electromagnetic compatibility to CISPR 25 Class 5 and is available in ECE and SAE version. At the same time, the pre-assembled, plug-and-play design allows easy installation and direct replacement of halogen or CHL 1 LED headlamp products. Therefore, this universal heavy-duty headlamp solution is suitable for agriculture machinery, construction and forestry equipment, material handling equipment and forklifts, trucks, vans, chassis cab vehicles, snow plows, and specialised machines used in demanding applications.
