The ECCO 5540 Series Reflex® LED Minibar is a compact 10-inch and powerful rooftop warning light engineered to deliver SAE Class I 360° amber warning performance for professional fleet and OEM applications. Designed for both on-highway and off-highway vehicles, this high-output LED minibar enhances vehicle conspicuity, improves hazard awareness, and supports regulatory compliance across demanding work environments.

For construction and road works vehicles, utility fleets, traffic management units, refuse and tow trucks, emergency vehicles, and light mining support vehicles, reliable 360° warning lighting is critical. High-intensity amber output ensures vehicles remain visible from all directions, helping reduce secondary collision risks and improve operator safety in high-traffic or low-visibility conditions.

Built with advanced Reflex® LED optics, the 5540 Series maximizes light distribution and off-axis visibility. Fleet managers can configure warning signals to meet site or regulatory requirements with 35 single-color flash patterns or 91 dual-color flash patterns.

Flexible Mounting & Control Options

The ECCO 5540 Series Reflex LED Minibar supports both permanent fleet installations and temporary deployment programs:

• 4-bolt permanent mount for dedicated fleet vehicles
• Vacuum-magnet (VM) mount for rapid installation across shared vehicles
• VMAC models with in-cab on/off control and flash pattern selection

VMAC configurations allow operators to adjust flash patterns without exiting the vehicle, improving efficiency and safety during roadside or worksite operations.

Operating on 12–24V DC and carrying a SAE Class I rating, the 5540 Series delivers maximum warning intensity for municipal, infrastructure, contractor, and industrial fleets. All models are backed by a 5-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments.
